In case of dispute between the parties, only the damages imposed to the insured by the enforced decisions of courts of georgia will be indemnified. Decisions of courts/arbitration/ mediation of foreign countries, whether or not such decisions been recognized/executed on the territory of georgia, will not be covered herein.
