ROAD CARRIER’S LIABILITY INSURANCE

Aldagi offers insurance of your liability arising according to CMR convention while you, as carrier, carry out international or domestic carriage of goods by road.
Insurance covers the loss caused by arising of insured’s liability according to CMR convention, resulting from direct physical damage to the cargo whilst performing international or domestic carriage.

Cargo
Goods, including those used for packaging / preservation (except container and other type of carriers), transported from one place to another in order to perform service of carriage under the contract signed by Insured or his contractor.

Indemnification is determined by actual loss incurred due to damage or destruction of the cargo.
