Employee Fund
The Aldagel Foundation "For Us" has not been in existence for so long, but it has already managed to gain special support from its employees. The fund was created in the first quarter of 2023, at the initiative of the ambassadors of our company's corporate values. The idea of its creation was that the employees could deposit the desired amount of money into the fund, and if necessary, the employees would be given the opportunity to use this money again. Our company also joined this initiative and Aldagi also adds the same amount of money deposited into the fund by the employees every month.
Until now, the fund has already satisfied 7 applications and provided 18,707 GEL to help the beneficiaries. Cases in which we can apply to the fund include: illness of an employee or a member of the employee's family, as well as damage to the employee due to an accident, in case of death of the employee, assistance to the employee's family. Due to the fact that the fund is created by Aldagels and for Aldagels, it is managed by a committee of employees. Committee members are represented from each department and are responsible for receiving applications, reviewing and managing the fund's budget.
In the current quarter, the website Chventvis.aldagi.ge was created for the Aldagel Foundation, which allows our team members to fill out an application online and become donors to the foundation. In addition, the site allows employees to request funding from the Foundation online by filling out a simple application. The landing page also includes information on committee members, cases covered by the fund, and quantitative data on the fund's current budget, funded cases, and funds.
