What car is replaced with?
If the value of the insured car ranges from $8,000 to $20,000, it will be replaced with a Toyota Corolla or an equivalent class car, and if the value exceeds $20,000, it will be replaced with a Hyundai Tucson or an equivalent class car.
Is the replaced car insured?
The replaced car that Aldagi offers as an alternative is insured.
Who can use this service?
This service can be used by all customers who insure a car worth at least $8,000 and the insured car is used for personal use.
What is the replacement procedure?
After the insurance event is recorded, when the company receives complete documentation and the case is considered valid, the customer has the right to request a replacement service from the company, based on which he will receive a special application form from Aldagi, as a result of which he will be able to use an alternative vehicle.
Do I pay an additional amount when using the service?
When insuring a car, the customer decides whether he wants to use the service or not. When using the service, he is not obliged to pay an additional amount.
