What is a VIN code?
Vehicle identification number which is typically located on the car windscreen or on the car body.
What is deductible?
Deductible - the customer's participation in the loss, the amount which will not be reimbursed by insurer, unless the customer has a car insurance policy with 0% deductible
Where is your car repaired?
If the car is not older than 2 years, or the car is new, then it can be repaired at the relevant center. Otherwise, if the car is more than 2 years old, it will be repaired at provider companies, eg Aka Motors, Otto Motors.
